The hotel's location is right in the heart of the action—bustling and lively—though not ideal for families with young children, as there are no kid-friendly amenities. On the plus side, the restaurant serves up delicious meals at unbeatable prices, making dining here a true highlight.

This hotel is located in the heart of town, making it ideal for people looking to shop or escape long traffic jams to and from town. Breakfast was adequate, but there were also great restaurants nearby that served traditional Ugandan cuisine. Staff are friendly.

There is a saying hanging on the reception wall, "You live with us as if you were in your home" and it is 100% true. The hotel I lived in with my son was as if I were at home. Calmness and peace of mind. The workers were very friendly and helpful, and the administration was cooperating with me, as they offered me an offer to upgrade the room at a very symbolic price. The laundry service is fast and the rooms are clean and the hotel is located in the business district of Kampala and very suitable for the amount paid The restaurant is wonderful and has a wide and varied menu of requests, and the lunch buffet contains delicious Ugandan food at a symbolic price
